These Terms govern your use of Kinthea. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kinthea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Kinthea is

Kinthea is a personal relationship tool — a private space to track meaningful moments, reflect on patterns, and strengthen your connections. It is not a mental health service, therapy platform, or professional advice tool. Nothing in Kinthea constitutes medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Kinthea. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

Your content

The notes, events, and personal context you add to Kinthea are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you as part of providing the service. We do not claim ownership over your relationship data. You are responsible for the content you add. Do not add content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You may not: • Use Kinthea to harass, stalk, or harm others • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service • Share your account with others or resell access • Use Kinthea for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

Kinthea's name, logo, design, articles, and assessments are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

Disclaimer of warranties

Kinthea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any information provided is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinthea and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
